Client Account Manager This position is for a client account manager for GrowMojo Marketing Agency (see more about our company below). This position will report to GrowMojo's Head of Account Management. In this role you will be responsible for managing the relationship with a number of clients. Past experience working for a marketing or advertising agency with U.S. clients is required. This is not a sales job. This is an account management position to help our agency best serve our current U.S. clients. Please submit your resume in English.
THE JOB:
The client manager will have the following responsibilities:
Manage the relationship between our clients and our performance marketing team.Establish relationships with the key decision makers at our clients.Oversee KPIs, Goals and Objectives for our clients to ensure that our performance marketing team is surpassing expectations.Organize meetings with our clients to ensure that we are understanding any needs that they have.Lead Zoom meetings and conference calls with clients and our internal team to make sure that all needs are being met.Provide feedback to our performance marketing department, so we can identify areas of our marketing services that we want to evolve.This is a work from home position, so you will need to be able to have a good space for work where you live.Skills
Excellent english communication skills, both written and verbal.Enjoy helping clients surpass their business goals.Attention-to-detail coupled with the understanding of what moves the needle. You are able to distill what is important from what is not.You're intellectually curious—when a number differs from expectation, you dive in and get to the bottom of it deciphering if it is an outlier or a trend.Established presentation skills and the ability to lead a meeting over Zoom.Strong spreadsheet skills.Initiative and self-motivation with the ability to manage several client relationships at the same time.Ability to intimately learn and describe leading-edge technology.Experience
Candidates must have agency account management experience, including developing strategic and tactical marketing and communications plans, as well as handling day-to-day projects and coordination.You must be comfortable presenting marketing solutions to clients.Previous accountability for dealing with issues that come up during the course of business.Experience presenting to executive-level decision makers.Advertising or Marketing agency experience is required.Experience with U.S. clients is required.Experience with Amazon Sellers is a bonus.Experience with TikTok Advertising is a bonusWHO WE ARE:
