Responsibilities:
In charge of various International accounting functions; reconciliations, analysis, etc.
Prepare Cost Controlling finance reports
Contribute in local accounting month-end close reviews
Preparation and review of journal entries
Develop documentation in support of audit
Assist in invoicing improvement projects
Oversee full monthly global group companies P&L and collaborate with the Business Plan comparison and analysis
Analyse of deviations and areas needing improvements arising proactive proposals
Actively participate in selected projects throughout their life-cycle
Assist with creating internal and external financial reports as necessary
Manage requirements of the Regulatory Authorities (AFIP and DGI) inspections
Oversee I+D projects, capitalized expenditures and support documentation in terms of the income tax and deferred tax assets/liabilities calculation
Evaluate new business initiatives to determine if/what enhancements need to be made to the tax calculation
Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Navision
Participate in team operational excellence programs and process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
2-3+ years of Accounting experience
A strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax and compliance issues. Knowledge of digital industry issues a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Navision or other general ledger packages is a plus
Proficient with Excel while applying strong analytical skills in the manipulation and understanding of data
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, meet all deadlines, and is dependable with a sense of personal responsibility for quality work product
Detail oriented, results oriented and is willing and able to bring all issues to resolution by digging into the general ledger database, seeking historical details, analyzing financials, and working with other members of the organization
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
