The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, is accepting online applications for the position of Continuous Improvment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the identification and management of continuous improvement opportunities within HRSS.
•Manage projects on the roadmap from design to execution including new services intake process for HRSS
•Coordinate and participate in the development of a continuous improvement roadmap in partnership with other HR Shared Services (HRSS) sites to ensure strategy consistency.
•Leverage Lean Sigma to identify lean process improvement opportunities to drive operational effectiveness.
•Coach HRSS team members on continuous improvement initiatives, tools and ways of working.
•Identify, evaluate, prioritize and manage all HRSS continuous improvement opportunities, propose actions for change, evaluatecost-benefit of potential improvements and drive the execution of these opportunities.
•Measure and report out on benefits and costs of improvement activities.
•Partner with Quality and Training Specialists to identify, develop and implement new or refreshed training.
•Lead the identification and proposes solutions for process deficiencies, deficient controls, non-value-added work, etc.
•Lead the Incident Investigation and Reporting (II&R) Council and partner with HRSS Leads to investigate critical incidents.
Required experience and qualifications:
•Bachelor´s degree in Business, Engineerging, Human Resources or related careers.
•+5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge and experience of HR Shared Services operations. Regional or global experience is preferred.
•Experience in project management, technology implementations and stakeholder management.
•Experience in various systems, use of tools and innovative ideas to develop solutions.
•Strong analytical skills and proven ability to think strategically.
•Skills in business planning, execution, metrics and reporting,
•Knowledge and experience of Lean Sigma is strongly preferred.
•Experience in working with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now
•Must be highly proficient in English.
•Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
•Teamwork and customer service skills.
