Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Coordinador/a para la categoría de perfumería con experiencia en coordinación o jefaturas y preferentemente en el área de marketing. Entre las cualidades, nos gustaría una persona con excelentes manejos interpersonales, con gran poder de organización y planificación de tareas, sentido de urgencia, flexibilidad y ganas de aprender. Es clave para este rol capacidad analítica, con visión de negocio, perfil comercial/financiero. Es importante el sentido estético para la construcción de marca y cuidado comunicacional. Key responsibilities: • Acompañamiento y gestión del proceso de lanzamientos juntos a Global y Países.
• Responsabilidad de forma completa de submarcas a cargo: portafolio, plan de marca, resultados, grade, lanzamientos, portfolio, mirada CF /CN, omnicanal y con propuesta de activación 360 desde el lado estratégico.
• Gestión e implementación de planes de negocios en 1 país.
• Responsables por algunas actividades transversales de la categoría.
. Capacidad de Analisis , Generación de Informes, Seguimiento de KPIs de Negocios.
