Read more about the life in PayU here About the role As a Costs Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing cost reconciliation projects to ensure they operate within budget and timeline constraints. You will also conduct comprehensive analysis of costs associated with the fintech company's products or servicesWhat you will do Oversee and orchestrate cost reconciliation projects. Monitor and update costs rates levels. Play a key part in costs updates centralizing all costs negotiations data, monitoring and controlling the process as well as managing the agreement repository. Costs analysis results validation and monitoring Bring together cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between diverse functions to deliver projects' key results. Determine and define project scope and objectives. Preparations and presentation of data and analytics of key projectsWhat you will need to succeed Bachelor´s degree in finance, engineering, business, marketing, economics or related.At least 3 years of finance, operations or project management, experience in a Fintech or Payment company Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) to analyze pricing data, trends, and key performance indicators.Ability to visualize data in a clear and informative way.
