Panalpina employs approximately 14,500 people worldwide who deliver a comprehensive service to the highest quality standards – wherever and whenever.We are looking to hire a Country Manager Assistant & Office Manager to:ResponsibilitiesAgenda: planning & follow up of meetings and events.Management Meetings: meeting scheduling, minute review and sharepoint update. Follow up of pending actions.Mobile expense reporting: expenses and travels.Weekly report: follow up with local management and sharepoint update.Facilities Management: purchase of offices supplies and maintenance. Manage contract and price negotiations with service providers.Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.Travel Management: responsible of travels request for Country Manager and his/her visits. Also is back up, during leaves of abscent, to actual Travel Manager resposible for all employees.Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency. Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency.Provide general support to visitors.Recepcionist: support as back up when is needed.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferably with a diploma in International Commerce, Administration or related disciplines. Candidates that are still students could be considering.Previous experience in executive assistance in multinational companies.Excellent management of Office package
