About the role of the Graphic Designer: - To provide exceptional design of print and online material according to brand guidelines.
- You will work in a small team (including the Design Manager) in the office providing design to teams across the business.
- The role can be demanding and very often working to tight deadlines but you will be supported and mentored at all times.
- You will work closely with our Marketing Administrators.
- You will be responsible for designing and updating new and old concepts including:
*Maps
*Leaflets, adverts, home manager profiles
*Concepts for intranet/internet
*Brochures
*Business cards and comp slips
*Newsletters
*Photo correction/manipulation
*Event toolkits: posters, reminder cards, idea booklets and banners
*Intricate information graphics
*Signage - large and small scale
- You will be responsible for assisting homes with the online ordering system and keeping in regular contact with the provider to ensure all artwork is kept up to date and stock is managed accordingly.
- Taking calls from homes requesting help and information.
- Ordering print stock for various departments.
- Working with promotional companies to order items such as pens, balloons, tshirts, wristbands etc.
- Keeping all marketing material up to date such as home leaflets, compliment slips, business cards.
- Updating spreadsheets to ensure material requested is current.
- Website administration via the Content Management System.
About you:
- You will have 4 years experience designing innovative solutions from concept through to final print and delivery.
- Experience of print production is required.
- You should have a genuine interest in design and proven flair is essential.
- You will be required to present a portfolio upon interview and design a short document afterwards.
