Credit & Collection Sr. Analyst (Temporal 18 meses)About the jobOur Team:Main responsibilities:Deliver collections management services to SBS Latam for Sanofi entities within SBS perimeter as per their respective Service Level AgreementsReview AR ageing reportsPerform collection & dunningDetermine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined processDispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibilityContribute to business and customer collection strategy reviewsExecute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelinesComplete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIsDevelop expert-level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope and become a super-userPro-actively anticipate operational issues and coach analysts.Build, document and transfer EE Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to collections managementIdentify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activitiesParticipate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transitionAbout youExperience: Soft skills: Technical skills:Education: Languages: Advance in English (essential), Knowledge of other European languages (advantageous)Pursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
