During the hiring process you'll have an Orange Cloud Interview which will focus on the Cloudflare Capabilities and the behaviors that we value. The interviewer will ask you to share examples of how you do your work and make an impact, rather than assessing your role-specific skills, knowledge, or experience.
So, how do you prepare for this interview? Consider how you display these values in your everyday work, reflect on recent situations at work, whether you've learnt from these experiences, and if you'd do anything differently if they were to happen again.

In-OfficeYou perform your work at a Cloudflare office location as office presence is business critical for your role.

Some teams require physical presence in an office to fulfil their objectives. These team members are linked to a specific Cloudflare office location and work at that office most of the time.
