In this opportunity the company is looking for a Merchant Back Office Customer Care Professional to perform in the Customer Fulfillment Network (CFN) business unit of American Express. In this role, you will ensure extraordinary customer service by promptly and accurately responding to queries from both our Merchant customers and from our internal business partners, making it easy for them to do business with us. You will interact with our front office teams to ensure a timely and comprehensive resolution to all Merchant queries. You will service our merchants via incoming and outgoing mail correspondence, outbound calls and by solving financial enquiries and maintenance requests to name a few.
As a Customer Care Professional, you add incremental value on each and every interaction with a stated outcome of exceptional feedback from our customers and increased customer loyalty. You will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing account information and using your written communication skills to deliver the wow factor.
Main responsabilities:
: Work in a fast:paced, structured, multinational environment with changing priorities
: Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to correspondence concerning Merchant accounts.
: Support internal partner requests.
: Perform outbound calls to Merchants.
: Document account information clearly.
: Maintain performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
Requirements
: Advanced/Bilingual written and oral French, German or Italian knowledge is a must.
: Advance written and oral English knowledge.
: A third European language would be an advantage.
: Analytical thinking to evaluate and assimilate data from different sources.
: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
: Excellent predisposition to teamwork.
: Initiative and flexibility to manage multiple scenarios simultaneously.
