Happy Mammoth is currently looking for a Customer Care Representative with excellent skills in English, to provide support to our growing team in Australia, Europe and USA. This is a Full Time Remote Contractor Position. You are the following personal attributes : You're direct,honest and genuine in communications with customers and team members You have previous experience in a client service position (preferably remote) Your happy place is interacting and communicating with other people You're detailed oriented and checklist driven You possess a warm, happy and genuine personality You're a confidant written and spoken communicator You enjoy speaking with and assisting clients in phone conversations in English You're a self-starter and able to work remotely without constant supervision Fast learner.
