About the opportunity
Working as part of a team of 11 (and growing), you'll benefit from a positive, collaborative vibe and be supported to grow your career with this exciting e-commerce brand.
You'll be part of a team providing exceptional customer experience every day, communicating with customers across a range of digital channels - via phone, webchat, email and even video on occasion - with the support of your team!
You'll receive full training on The Blue Space products and be supported to become a product expert so you can delight your customers, every time!

You are a passionate, proactive customer specialist with great communication skills and a high care factor for a job well done.
You bring energy to your work and love being part of something bigger than yourself and making a change in your customer's day!

customer service experience including phone, email and web chat
a commitment to being good to people!
an energetic, positive approach to your work
an agile approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
experience working with tech tools such as a customer database, CRM or (ideally) ZenDesk
