Customer Service Representative

We are looking for hundreds of customer service representatives."Evolving the BPO services and helping with our clients needs to a whole new level.Compensation : USD 3 - 5 / hour.+ Holiday pay (up to 2x pay rate).Location : Remote (for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela residents).Skills : Beginner in customer care, technical support, and phone support.Responsibilities : - Primary responsibility is call-servicing, both inbound and outbound, for internal or external customers,and may include additional activities as the client needs.- Additional activities can vary, including retention and sales initiatives / campaigns, account review activities, mobile device troubleshooting, and other support functions as needed.
