Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include answering phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers interested in buying a vehicle at your car dealership. In many positions, you are the first point of contact with potential customers and answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phoneProcess payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office dutiesProvide basic information to callers who have general inquiriesHandle customer complaints with integrity and poiseProvide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copyingMaintain office supplies for specific locationCustomer Service Representative Requirements:
