InvGate is a fast-growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education, and technology. To support our continuous growth we are looking for a senior Customer Success Representative to join our team. The CSS will be responsible for understanding our client's business processes and mapping these processes to our software. They will partner with customers to build and implement a strategy for success, ensuring clients are receiving the best ROI from our products and services. By discovering new business opportunities and regularly analyzing usage results to make recommendations, this person will be providing value to our customers every step of the way. This position will work closely with the Product Management and Sales teams.
Responsibilities: Deliver technical solutions to prospects or clients for ITSM & ITAM applications.Revise customers' configurations and contact them with suggestions to improve them.Facilitate general training sessions for customers and/or partners.Attend customers' calls/requests related to configuration and functional questions.Generate documents to make configuration even easier and provide tips around implementation best practices.Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments, and check on their satisfaction and needs.Qualifications: Previous experience in software implementation and/or other technical client-facing roles.ITIL knowledge is highly preferred.Bilingual/Native level of English.Strong negotiation skills, and experience managing Enterprise accounts.Enjoy working with clients.Our benefits include career development opportunities, in-house English lessons and external technical training, extended PTO and paternity leave, premium private health insurance, remote work reimbursement, and a fixed bonus for gastronomy-related purchases.
