Data Analyst - Enterprise Partnerships

Position at a Glance
This position is within a data analytics/data science team located in Evalueserve Chile that supports a leading U.S. financial services firm and its Wealth Management business line. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following.
• Support executive-level, client-focused analytics and other client-impacting processes by taking a consultative approach to identify relevant insights that assist in telling a holistic story
• Collaborate with partners in strategy, marketing, finance, operations, technology, and business intelligence in advising how to understand business drivers
• Identify and recommend data sources, with the ability to mine data from multiple cross-business sources and be able to synthesize it to a clear, concise story that is supportive in making business decisions
• Create and update reports and dashboards made in Excel and/or Tableau
• Interpret results and recommend solutions to improve client experience and channel initiatives, including measuring and understanding activities that involve partnerships with other lines of businesses, defining and ensuring standard metrics across them
• Create and deliver presentations and reports that design, tell, and interpret a story and are catered to different client roles, seniority levels, and focuses (i.e., tactical versus strategic focus)

Requisitos mínimos:
Required Qualifications
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Have strong English communication skills
• Have proficient experience in SQL in manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data for key reporting and analytics projects
• Have proficient experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver analytics results
• Have experience with data visualization, building dashboards in Excel, Tableau, Qlikview, or any other data visualization tool
• Be able to articulate business problems and scenarios to colleagues and clients and understand project requirements to translate them into actionable steps
• Be a high-energy, self-directed, proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude who excels in an environment with limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications
• Be proficient in at least one analytical programming language such as SAS, Python, and R
