Mondelez International is looking for vacancy: **Data Management Services Specialist.**
**Position Purpose**
+ This function is responsible for support of the Latin America master data operation (Product, Material, BOMs, Customer, Pricing) and applicable functions/countries/categories and manufacturing plants.
+ The role is responsible to support the front office activities for generating, tracking and communicating the DMS operational performance KPIs across Business areas for the designated scope.
+ The role should review for compliance of back office with the policies and procedures for each master data domain. It is a single point of escalation and clarification from back office to Mondelez.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Turn around time and operational effectiveness on setup and usage of data attributes to ensure productivity for business. Support the Key point of contacts for business functions / data owners and data consumers and tracking their E2E MD process flows. (30%).
+ Ensure appropriate records of Governance and Sustainability initiatives from insight of reporting and process streamline within the functions/market/plants/category (Quality, Performance, Training/Testing, industry standards) (30%).
+ Work with team on improving performance through KPI’s: Speed (on-time and fast-track), Quality (High-impact incidents and audit control, Service ( reach cost targets, professional standards), Simplification (15%).
+ Learn DMS key user responsibility to gain understanding of process, procedure and systems to grow and build DMS understanding. (10%).
+ Assist the FO team to work toward operational touches of domains for FO Performance Measures and work with others to understand all business modes and stakeholders:
+ Satisfaction of DMS Customers.
+ DMS Requests Completed within Service Level Agreement.
+ DMS Requests Completed as Requested.
+ MD Consistent Within or Across Data Sources.
+ MD Compliant with Defined Rules.
+ Required MD that is Complete.
+ Records/Objects Processed per FTE.
**Qualifications**
**Academic Knowledge**
+ Appropriate degree.
**Working Knowledge**
+ Min. 2 years of business experience in a functional area’s of supply chain or finance.
**Abilities**
+ English Proficiency mandatory
+ Advanced Excel
