Dealer Management Specialist Job

Job Summary

Responsible for the execution of the defined long term strategy for developing the retail network and the planning, development and execution of the operational development of the retail network.

Job Responsibilities

Execute long term strategy by proposing new dealers, reestructuring commercial territories, promoting dealer investments and closing low performance distributors.
Support and validate dealer network infrastructure investments
Implement visual identity standards according to established guidelines.
Follow up dealer network performance, identifying growth opportunities and low performers
Promote operational excellence of retail network by implementing available programs and trainings

Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years experience in commercial positions in agricultural machinery or similar industries.
Experience in Retail Development positions, having interacted with private retail networks.

Languages: English (mandatory) and Portuguese / Skills: Teamwork, negotiation, influence people, leadership, communication, accountability, transparency.
