Intro
We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Dealer Performance & Profitability Analysis Specialist.
The main objectives of the position are to oversee the overall performance of dealer networks and to assist in developing short-term and long-term network strategies to meet market demands. This role involves designing various key reports (e.g., variable bonuses, dealer scorecards, dealer profitability, etc.), evaluating, analyzing, and consulting them. Additionally, the individual is responsible for managing and updating the necessary systems for generating the reports.
· Assist in developing long-term and short-term network strategies that align with the strategic direction of HQ and MBK.
· Implement the agreed network strategy, incorporating actions such as network expansion, reduction, or termination, based on market analysis and evaluations.
Communicate the strategic direction with dealers and oversee its execution.
Dealer Performance Management: · Develop and maintain the structure of performance reports, including variable bonus and Dealer Scorecard.
· Measure Dealers' KPI achievements and conduct thorough analysis of the reports.
· Collaborate with business units to guide dealers in enhancing their performance, particularly low performers identified in the reports.
Improve the efficiency of the reporting and analysis process through systemization and digitalization.
Dealer Profitability Management: · Analyze dealer profitability in a timely and accurate manner, providing reports to MBK management and dealers.
· Consult with dealers to improve profitability structures based on analysis findings to support the partners to continue profitable business.
Oversee the management of systems for data collection from dealers and reporting to HQ.
Qualifications
Education: 4 year university graduate
Experience: Min 4~5 years' experience in imported automotive industry preferred.
Specific knowledge: In-depth understanding of business organization and accounting.
Proficient in project management and documentation using various tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
Robust analytical capabilities to comprehend and interpret intricate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities in both Korean and English, encompassing verbal, written, and presentation skills.
