Job Brief: Delegate Sales professionals are the heart of event engagement. This role involves connecting with attendees, making it an excellent fit if you enjoy people interaction. You'll be a clever communicator with the ability to craft compelling narratives about event benefits to attract participants, always looking for new ways to convince attendees of the value they'll gain. This autonomous role requires you to cultivate relationships with senior level executives, to build interest and attendance for a portfolio of our B2B Live & Digital events.
· Adept at building rapport and establishing credibility with C- Level executives
· You will be interviewing / profiling senior business professionals to assess their suitability for the events and promote the benefits of attending to relevant business professionals.
· Proactively reach out to potential delegates through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to promote event participation.
· Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into registered delegates and achieve revenue targets.
· Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to pitching to closing and -sale follow up
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to fine-tune sales approaches and stay ahead in the market.
· Track and report sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to management.
