Responsibilities:Identify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis for CustomerManage client project portfolio (budgeting, resources planning, risk management, projects execution, etc.)Coordinate resources, onboard project teams and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks, support all changes in the process to align with customer processEnsure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards. Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition Ensure delivery processes are efficient, aligned with customer process and needs, and cost effectiveEvaluate incoming requestsApprove planned budget report with Account Director Perform initial scoping, and analyse incoming requests for completeness for the production (using standards of tech task etc.)Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfactionManage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs Perform risk management Perform priority managementClosely cooperate Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise for the customerGrowth and develop customer's channelsGather customer's evaluation of delivery serviceImprove quality of delivery serviceRequirements:2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager (Product Owner, Project Management or Business Analysis)Strong communication skillsGood sales skill setQuick thinking and ability to deal with a high volume of quick projectsDesire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details, and troubleshoot the problemsFluency in English, both written and spokenExperience in managing/coordinating Web development projectsUnderstanding the business policies and proceduresTechnical backgroundExperience with an account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMsWhat we provide: We understand that our team members are essential to making our goals a reality, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
