POSSIBLE is seeking a Desktop Support/System Administrator to help us expand our team at the Buenos Aires office.

What are we searching for?
Senior Desktop Support Technician or Junior System Administrator (mixed position between Support and Sys Admin).
Responsibilities:
• Resolution of problems with Windows, Mac, Linux computers. Soft and hard.
• Remote technical support, remote server administration.
• Troubleshooting software in general, graphic design software, audiovisual, office tools, etc.
• Structured cabling.
• Cloud storage platforms such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Egnyte or similar.
• Cloud virtualization platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean or similar.
• VMWare virtualization platforms.
• Generate credentials, define permissions.
Skills and experience:
• Good communication with technical teams and non-technical users.
• Experience dealing with suppliers, hardware purchase orders, etc.
• Good organization of tasks, documentation, inventories, etc.
• Knowledge of networks, Cisco switches, Mikrotik firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Good terminal management, scripting and / or automation of tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies in general, accounts, email tools in general, Teams, etc.
• Ubiquiti WiFi Technologies - Unifi.
• Experience with ticket systems (Jira, Teamwork, or similar).
• Intermediate written and oral English.
• Creativity and proactivity.
Work mode: Remote during forty (on site in case of any eventuality). On site after quarantine. From Monday to Friday, flexible hours and to be agreed.
