Description Who you are
You have excellent design craft, a wealth of digital & web experience, and the ability to extend design into full-funnel campaigns. You're fearless in trying new directions or techniques to create something new. You have your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices, and you're frequently sought out by other designers for input on their designs. You're both a sprinter and a long-distance runner.
You'll focus primarily on web experience, but should be comfortable designing for creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, social campaigns, webpages, presentations and anything else our internal client or creative team at large needs. You'll also design for immersive experiences for our world-class events, including Dreamforce, the biggest software conference in the world.
You must also be able to: Promote collaboration between the requestor and the creative department. Develop, produce, and lead well-thought-out presentations that tell the story of the design solution. Constantly push the envelope by promoting progressive thinking and innovation, while maintaining connective tissue to the Salesforce brand. Manage multiple projects for various clients, and work with project management to meet all deadlines. Provide a point of view and express it well. Have a willingness to learn and understand the business and industry of our internal clients and external customers. Be able to work with external vendors/freelancers, in partnership with an Art Director, to provide clear creative direction and timely/helpful feedback to improve creative processes. Skills and experience: 3-5 years of web design experience strong command of integrated marketing/advertising campaigns which includes digital A compelling portfolio of original work that's effective and results-driven Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Ability to organize, and prioritize work and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and eagerness to push the boundaries Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: Figma (Required) Photoshop (required) Illustrator (required) After Effects (Nice to have, but not required) Expert Knowledge in Google Slides/Keynote/PowerPoint required About Salesforce
