In this role, you have the opportunity to
You will partner with the Latam markets, in order to drive business growth via strong digital marketing activities, based on global roadmap and local market requirements. You will also manage a team of activation resources to serve as in house agency.

You are responsible for:
Be the single point of contact for the assigned markets on all digital activation and e:commerce topics (B2B : B2C) and align with stakeholder (e.g. business leader, other global enablement teams)
Driving the activation roadmap and backlog prioritization together with the global head of activation
Supporting markets for digital demand and performance management for all B2B:B2C activities (, paid media, social media, CRM, e:commerce), ensuring local financial ambitions are realized
Reviewing performance of all digital activation and e:commerce channels against targets and report regularly
Leveraging market and business voice to contribute to the B2B:B2Cstrategy
Monitoring external trends and developments in the world of digital, social and e:commerce and feed in ideas for innovation and continued best practice
Overseeing budget allocation and be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered within budgets, agreed timeframes and quality standards
Driving digital transformation and capability building, develop and execute trainings for marketing and business community in the market

You are part of:
The new Domestic Appliances team. This team will be responsible for the transformation and innovating for business Domestic Appliances. As we value diversity and diverse team, with different points of view, different ways of thinking, new capabilities to strengthen and improve the digital strategy for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
BS or MS (MBA preferred) in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent discipline
Vast Experience with managing a digital, e:commerce organization, B2B and/or B2C and operation models (e.g. processes, technologies, best practices, programs, systems, tooling) in international and complex organizations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, which allow you to be a sharp:minded manager, able to work independently and show flexibility when facing changing situations and priorities.
Proven track record in managing relationships with senior stakeholder/top management both inside and outside the company.
Strong team player with great leadership skills, you possess the ability to adapt to your audience and build good human relationships.
Action oriented and data:driven, strategic mindset with holistic approach to decision:making
Cultivate cross:functional teams collaboration and acts as a coordinator of ecosystems
Previous experience in digital activation within a market or an experience in any agency is highly preferred
Responsible for manage the e:Commerce activities, drive strategy in the Cluster: B2C, B2E, B2B, L and I and Marketplace sales channel, visit in regular base the current and prospects
