Job Description/Summary Take overall responsibility for the preparation, review, and execution of the university's budget in close coordination with and supervision of the Vice President for Finance.Gather reliable and relevant data necessary for developing budget assumptions and estimates that the various units in the university will use.Develop guidelines in the whole budget process of the university, including those necessary for the preparation, review, and execution of the budget.Provide helpful processes and data inputs relative to the software or system in the whole budget process of the university.Consolidate the whole budget of the university.Take the lead in conducting budget hearings, ensuring that all organizational units clearly understand the budgeting criteria, assumptions, and methodology.Submit timely analysis of budget and actual data of all organizational units, ensuring that variances are thoroughly analyzed.Provide meaningful insights on the financial health and direction of the university, considering the various funds and their respective uses and restrictions.Collate historical data as a basis for financial projection and forecast.Develop analysis and provide insights when required by the top management.How to Apply:The application letter should be addressed to:
