Display Engineer

Description
Objective of job: · Coordination and realization work for development, localization and supplier set management for Display & HUD in collaboration with different RD localizations.
· Tech scouting new display area technology and innovation, initial POC and trigger new development for China market.
· Lead display/HUD localization project ramp-up and RD release to ensure production.
· Troubleshooting and diagnose for China rollout carlines.
In cooperation with the responsible China teams and suppliers for new technology and benchmark, conduct POC for innovation.
Evaluate and support RD Germany to understand about China market display technology.
Manage part localization projects from design-freeze to part release with handover to series production for making sure to provide the parts on time and fulfill the function as required
Work together with cross-functional departments, e.g. procurement, quality and logistics, set up localization milestones as well as coordinate activities to pursue tight time schedules.
Support system and vehicle testing and release.
Conduct and manage all technical for local and imported Parts and organize the handover to BBAC Product engineering and local suppliers
Qualifications
Education University degree in control and automation, automotive or electrical engineering Experience Graduates with first experience in automotive industry as well as applicants with minimum 3~5 years display and headup display work experience at OEMs or suppliers; Specific Knowledge Vector CANoe, Monaco, and other network testing tools Basic knowlage about vehicle communication protocol (include automotive Ethernet, CAN FD, LIN, Flexray, etc.); Self-responsible working attitude and initiative Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels Strong planning and organizational skills, lead crossfunctional decision with purpose orientation High commitment for automobiles Willingness to travel inside China and abroad to prepare and support launches at JV / suppliers
