Job DescriptionAll figures come together at our team so that we create the financial backbone for the Bosch Home Comfort Group.As business partner in our divisional controlling you are responsible for our AI-generated forecast data and actively work in our central controlling processes (e.g. business plan, monthly reporting).Furthermore, you drive process improvements as well as the optimization of central controlling processes.Also, you work autonomously with colleagues, internal stakeholders and teams from different countries, hierarchy levels as well as functional areas.Finally, you will be part of a highly motivated and dynamic team which strives to support the growth of Bosch Home Comfort as well as to optimize financial results.QualificationsEducation: degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or comparableExperience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in plant controlling, central controlling or business unit controlling is preferredPersonality: quick perception and logical thinking, dedicated, flexible, assertive as well as responsible teamplayer, self-confident with good communication skills across all hierarchy levels and different target audiencesWorking Practice: conceptual, analytical, self-reliant working and solution-orientedLanguages: fluent in English, other languages, especially German, are a plusAdditional InformationWe offer flexible working models: from various part-time options to mobile working and job sharing.
