Documentum Support Analyst

IT Resourcesis looking for aDocumentum Support Analystto join a team of an important lab.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:
Develop and consult local implementations and configuration change controls
Consult local business administrators and support groups to determine configuration changes and new requirements
Document the required configuration according to global standards (in the Configuration Specification or local change controls as appropriate), configuring the application according to specification and testing the configuration prior to use in production
Support validation testing and update of documentation
Support the management and update of information distribution, ie websites, FAQ and training material
Consult and update the user community representatives regarding configuration and bug fixing
Inform the user community of new developments and system changes, ensuring users have adequate information and training to utilize the system correctly
Participate in regularly scheduled international teleconferences
Provide regular status updates regarding problems, user feedback and other system information to the business system lead
Provide professional system trainings for support groups and local business administrators

Requirements:
3 years support and consulting experience in document management, specifically in the controlled documents area
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good understanding of English
Excellent understanding of quality and business processes in a regulated environment
Strong focus on problem solving and analysis
Excellent skills in MS office, especially excel database functions
Experience in an international work environment
Strong presentation skills development & implementation
Successfully demonstrated time management, prioritization and scheduling skills
