Ecommerce Bookkeeper

We're a US-based company searching for a bookkeeper with e-commerce savvy. Our ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in e-commerce bookkeeping.Join us in driving innovation and growth in this dynamic industry!The RoleYour responsibilities will include :- Handles data entry in QuickBooks.- Maintains and updates financial records, inclusive but not limited to bookkeeping and managing AP / AR- Answers phone calls and emails from internal and external customers.- Schedules and coordinates appointments and meetings as needed.- Monitors incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.- Manages collections accounts by performing customer outreach.- Must be comfortable following up with customers, collecting,and having difficult conversations.Pay : $5 -$7 per hour based on experience.Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Eastern Standard TimeThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position.Ideal ProfileQualifications :- 2+ years working as a remote employee.- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.- 2+ years of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.- Superb English communication skills both oral and written.- Experience with Google Apps : Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus.- A BBA or a degree in a related field is preferred but not required.- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines.What's on Offer?- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- Flexible working options- Opportunity to make a positive impact
