Main responsibilities: This EMEA-LAO Consumer & Research Insights specialist job role sits within our Kimberly Clark Professional (KCP) Team in our LAO head office in Bs As. Is part of the EMEA - LAO Strategy & Research Insights Team, which provides strategy and market insights across sales, category, and marketing, to different business functions (EMEA & LAO).
• This role is responsible for exploring consumer trends (B2B decision makers) for the hygiene and safety business for both regions (EMEA&LAO)
Processing, synthetizing, and sharing insights from secondary data sources of information, provide market data at regional level (EMEA & LAO), Analyze it and apply it to business planning, marketings, and customer experience Team.
• Also, this role is responsible for relieving customer information, primary data, report "Customer effort score", NPS, and drivers of satisfaction /insatisfaction, results by market, subsegment (end users, distributors), sub category (traditional /manufacturing), in order to:
o Drive insights at Cluster, regional / country level
o Apply and analyze the standardized market indicators at the minimum.
o Apply and analyze regional / country level customer indicators and drivers as relevant.
o Drive insights at customer experience, channel account executives (CAE), category level, field marketing for short mid-term product strategies
o Assess performance on end users.
o Assess performance in Distributors.
• This role helps in the process of acquisition of vendors and purchase process of different market research projects.
• In addition, this role helps to understand the characteristics of our customers, our new customers and our churn. This is:
o Characterized the different segments of customers (RFM)
o Characterized the drivers of acquisition among new customers.
o Characterized the drivers of abandon among lost customers.
• This role, helps in the execution of in-depth interviews, focus groups, surveys and other methodologies within end users and distributors from KCP EMEA & LAO:
o Constructs the qualitative guidelines, quantitative surveys
o Follow up the agenda of the different interlocutors (End users and distributors).
o Construct crosstabs table results from surveys.
o Construct weighted on quantitative data bases if necesary
• Finally, this role helps executing ad hoc projects form customers such as "in depth interviews LAO", "sustainability". Analyzing and looking for actionable insights using different any methodology available with our customers.
The Customer & Research Insights senior Specialist for EMEA and LAO will perform deep analysis, reports, and share data, insights and recommendations with the different stakeholders from EMEA & LAO.
Provide Insights
• Within the category teams and Field Marketing
• Communicate insights in a powerful, quantified, and user-friendly way whilst measuring adoption and actions taken.
• Deliver insights on the performance of our EMEA & LAO customer experience. Recommend a course of action based on secondary data and primary data identified by self, management, and other stakeholders.
• Provide weekly and monthly analysis and reports as appropriate.
• Ad hoc reporting as required.
Support the Cluster leadership team(s)
• Deliver insights on the performance of our Cluster business. Recommend then track a course of action based on market data
• Maintain strong relationships with Loyalty Sqaud for championship customers, the category Leadership teams, and customer experience sharing best practice and keeping the group up to date with customer insights
Enable and empower the use of data, insights & reporting
• Be a resource and advocate for data and insights within the organisation by inspiring, teaching and empowering others to use data. Increase commercial awareness and adoption in the business via training and improving capability.
• Actively promote the data led decision making mindset in the business. Provide training and assistance to relevant teams to champion a culture of data-driven decision making.
• Improve the capability of business stakeholders utilising visualisation tools to enable them to self-serve enhanced analysis and insights.
• Gain alignment on tools, reporting and metrics in EMEA & LAO and receive best practice. Measure adaption.
Experience and requirements: • Demonstrable experience in customer research and the use of different methodologies such as:
o  Familiarization with Financial analysis (CAGRs, Sell in, Sell out, Net sales, etc.).
o Experience reporting CES, NPS, etc.
o Surveys
o Proficiency with quantitative methodologies and visualization tools (Power BI, excel -macros and formulas-, python nice to have)
o Extensive experience in at least one data processing program SQL, Pythone/R, SPSS, etc.
• Significant business experience in Business Intelligence or equivalent function
• Demonstrate a high level of curiosity, consultation skills and integrity
• Stakeholder management and a track record of delivering insights into action
• Excellent commercial & analytical skills, driving to action
• Strong credibility, business acumen and professionalism
• Experience with advanced data visualization and tools
• Advanced skills to prepare communications, functional spreadsheets, and presentations
• Excellent technical ability and proficiency with online tools
• Knowledge of customer success tools and KPIs
• English speaker a MUST 
• Experience of at least 5 years in a market research company or mass consumption company in areas of analytics, insights, market research, etc.
• University graduate with majors such as Sociology, economics, business, business administration, marketing.
• Interest in Data Analytics, Machine Learning
