Description Monthly Tasks:Close procedures – Journal entries and reconciliationsAccrual and cash projections 9 out of 12 months of the year for the fiscal yearRunning processes within the ERP (Oracle & SAP)Complete capital account reconciliationsEstimate and Projections:Estimated income projectionsMonthly reconciliations of tax impacted accountsCash Basis capital reportingOther supplemental reporting that feeds into the partners K-1'sYear End Tasks:Testing of processes to ensure year end cycle runs correctlyLeading the year end project to coordinate tasks between IT, Partner Affairs, Partnership Tax, Benefits, Treasury and FinancePerforming tie outs between different reports to ensure accurate reportingEnsuring all data points that impact the Balance of Profits are obtained and entered the system to ensure proper calculationsVerifying that all data is recording in the financial system and is shown in firm Financial StatementsAd Hoc TasksAnswering partner questionsPerforming testing of changes within the systemAutomation initiativesUnderstand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data Protection Correct Information Security Management?Must have:Fast learner, multitask, excellent relationships, detail oriented, communication.Nice to have:Soft Skills: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (month end / year end close process, account reconciliations, estimated income projections).Advanced Excel.Alteryx/Power BI and other digital tools included in JD: Workday/UPAS, Ceridian, General Ledger, Power Point, VisioEducation Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor DegreeCertifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages EnglishTravel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?NoGovernment Clearance Required?NoJob Posting End Date
