Tasks Process optimization: Optimize processes/workflows and throughput in the Recycling Center in close coordination with the foremen, foremen and Recycling Center managementCarry out planning for work sequences, work steps, layout, processes (e.g. material flow), production resources, target times in accordance with ergonomic and business management findings (e.g. dismantling workstations), pre-planning, planning, detailed planning, with the involvement of other operational departments and in close coordination with the managers in the RCDevelop prerequisites for the implementation of a "pearl necklace" of vehicle processing in the Recycling Center (including proposing and setting up capacity and occupancy plans for dismantling and advising the foreman's office on stage utilization and shift schedules)Initiate and monitor dismantling studies and analyze their resultsDraw up schedules, prepare in-house and external production ready for contract awardDraw up target/actual comparisons with regard to required capacities, present alternatives, set up asset/material investment costs, overheads and production times as a basis for process costs and coordinate with the cost center managersCheck technical documents for optimal feasibility, supplement and correct if necessaryOngoing optimization of the production process and documentation of technical processes. This includes, among other things, the documentation of the operating process, the definition of optimal batch sizes or vehicle or parts mix, shift planning. Checking existing production plans for potential improvements and developing and presenting proposals to this endMeans of production
Draw up capacity and allocation plans for production resources (e.g. operating resources such as forklifts, dryers, body folders, testing and measuring equipment) in close coordination with the process managers. Determine the type and number of production resources required. Estimate costs and draw up a proposal for procurement and support the cost center managers in the procurement processDevelop requirements for the procurement of production resources (e.g. specifications) and services in close coordination with the process owners. Evaluate contractors according to technical aspects and prepare them for selection. Obtain offers and evaluate them in terms of technical design, value for money, follow-up costs and delivery options. Clarify details on technology, construction and delivery dates and prepare them for awarding. Support purchasing in technical matters (including negotiations)Coordinate and monitor the installation, acceptance and initial use of production equipment (e.g. purchase of a new body folder). Checking the technical and timely execution of the systems and equipment in coordination with superiors. Draw up acceptance reports, define joint remedial measures in the event of defects and monitor their implementation. Have follow-up inspections carried out if necessary. Initiate additional changes and improvements, adapt the documentation and verify process capabilityCross-departmental collaboration in projects and working groups

First level support for the Recycling Center areaContact person and trainer for the employees for all questions regarding ERP and BI software (Dynamics 365 Finance And Operations)Leading IT sub-projects that relate to your own area of responsibility. Pre-structuring and subdividing project content, detailing and defining individual work steps/packages. Creating and monitoring schedules/budgets and workflows while adhering to targets (quality/costs/time). Report on project status and propose, coordinate, initiate and monitor corrective measures in the event of delaysSpecify, test and approve customization requirements Qualifications Ideally you are qualified for this job with:

Completed studies in production planning, industrial engineering or comparable training with a focus on planning/control and/or ERP systems1-2 years of professional experience or additional qualification with relevant internshipsVery good analytical skillsVery good IT skills (Excel, database evaluations), as well as very good knowledge of production planning and control as well as ERP software and ERP control systems (Dynamics 365 Finance And Operations)Very good knowledge of legal requirements, guidelines & regulations for production planning (e.g. Workplace Ordinance)Additional information
