What You Will DoPropose and execute Category Management activities to win in the prioritized channels with the prioritized customers through creation of internal alignment and building partnership with retailers Apply category management way of working including supporting category planning process, analysing category price and promotion activities and preparing recommendations for promotions, merchandising, assortment and customer marketing plans Propose and implement customer specific shopper activation plans in Trade Marketing related to relevant 7P for all channel both on and off line, including promotion management, shopper input for packaging development, product launch and re-launch, communication to customers and shoppers, and input into account planning Support implementation of consumer strategy driven activities (e.g. execution of consumer promotions in store) Propose tailored customer marketing plans for respective accounts, implement these plans and/or advise customers on their strategy to grow their category sales Implement robust ROI model, incl. KPIs for relevant dimensions (e.g. categories, channels, customers and/or promotions), evaluate and follow upproposing corrective actions Provide insight regarding respective retailer and shopper dimension to help overall insight generation Contribute to best practice sharing and projects. Developmente Building blocks activities long and short term to seccure sell out.
Who You Are Graduated in administration, marketing or related careers. 
Previous experience in similar positions not less than two years, preferably in mass consumption.
Knowledge of the English language at an advanced intermediate level. 
Negotiation skills, proactivity and activity. 
Knowledge of the digital channel
