Especialista Sr En Costos, Reporting & Informacion Financiera

Important multinational automotive Company, with operations across Europe, Asia and America, is seeking fora Senior Specialist in Cost, Reporting & Financial Informationfor its plant inArgentina, located in Cañuelas, Buenos Aires

In this role, you will be working closely with the Finance & Sales Manager and be responsible the accounting and booking of the operational costs in Cañuelas Plant by providing accurate and timely information related to the cost of products, profitability, value of inventories, cost of projects and processes.

In addition, you will fulfill with the General Accepted Accounting Principles and to the Internal Control Policies at all stages.

Your contribution

-Continuous update of cost standard calculation: validate information into ERP system (SAP), process routes and standard cost rates per hour, unit, etc. for each process.

-Responsible to make the analysis of the costs and explain operative costs and the profitability of the products and processes.

-Responsible to make follow up to the periodic cycle counting and to the inventory adjustments of productive and non-productive materials as well as to support annual physical inventories.

-Support reporting, budgets & forecasts on timely basis.

-Internal Control: By supporting internal control, activities and assuring fulfillment of the internal policies through all the processes involved at your incumbencies.

-Financial Information: To support with analytical data related to inventories and costs.

External Audit and other special requirements.

-Define KPIs to make tracking of the performance of the area under his scope.

-Ensure the correct booking of the automatic and manual bookings.

-Analyze information of operational costs and profitability by product and processes.

-Support quotation processes with operative KPIs calculations.

Your profile

-Bachelor Degree in Accounting

-Fluent in English (mandatory)

-Experience in Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting and Costing

-Experience in manufacturing cost & accounting cost

-Full knowledge of accounting.

-Full knowledge of back office processes.

-Financial Statements reading and interpretation
