Charles Taylor Insuretech is looking for a new talent: ETL Technical Leader
Key Responsibilities
Manage the technical team in needs of ETLs, reports and printables and cloud architecture Generate a results-oriented work culture. Facilitate professional development of resources. Foster strategic alliances for the extension of capacities. Required Skills
Experience in technical leadership of work teams. Extensive experience in executing data-oriented projects (integration, migration, regulatory reports) Resource management skills (balancing capacity, design of training programs, comprehensive administration). Knowledge of Insurance industry (ideal). Proven ability to complete regional / global implementations. Experience in the use of ETL tools (DataStage, PowerCenter Computing, SSIS, Pentaho, Talend). Experience with CDC (change data capture) and scheduling tools (orchestrators: ControlM, Autosys, etc.) Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (any platform). Knowledge of analytics-oriented languages ??(Python, R). Strong knowledge of BI & Analytics (Datawarehousing, MIS and Corporate Reporting, predictive models). Bachelor's degree or higher.
