Excellent communication and inter-personal skillsSolid knowledge about sales and negotiation processesStrong analytical skillsSales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPGPerseverance and attention to detailsMore about this role Como Field Executive TT GBA Norte serás respondable de: - Ser el principal referente de visibilidad/ejecución en la jefatura a gestionar.
- Negociar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de nuestras marcas y materiales de exhibición acorde al planograma sugerido dentro del universo de puntos de venta de la Jefatura a gestionar.
- Liderazgo del equipo de Merchandisers (dotación propia + dotación Distribuidor) abocado a la Jefatura a gestionar.
- Gestión y análisis de la nómina de puntos de venta alcanzada por el desarrollo de ejecución.
- Interacción directa con nuestros socios comerciales del canal de Distribución y sus respectivos representantes comerciales de Mondelez para alinear los planes de ejecución y llevarlos a cabo.
- Desarrollo de planes adhoc de ejecución en el punto de venta acordes a eventos calendario, promociones, lanzamientos.
- Elaboración y exposición de informes de resultados obtenidos, tanto a Mondelez como a nuestros socios comerciales.

Requisitos específicos del puesto: - Graduado o estudiante de carreras administrativas.
- Contar con movilidad propia (automóvil)
- Residir dentro o cercana a la Jefatura a gestionar.
- Experiencia previa en empresas de consumo masivo / comerciales. (deseable)
- Dominio del idioma ingles intermedio / avanzado
- Proactividad, habilidades analíticas y manejo de base de datos.
- Lectura y comprensión de indicadores comerciales / principales KPI's
- Gestión de equipos
