Finance Director/Head Of Finance

We are partnering with a growing staffing firm helping them secure a new Head of Finance/Finance Director.

The Finance Director will be based in the head offce and report into the CEO, but also work closely with the other directors. This is a key and important role for the business, with responsibility for:

Leading and developing the finance team

Providing commercial input

Producing and reviewing all monthly management accounts

Developing KPI?s

Cash flow and balance sheet forecasting and modelling

Having ownership over cash-management

Liaising with local auditors and bankers

The candidate:

Have previous experience from within the recruitment sector

Be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, or equivalent

Be ambitious and commercially aware

Have experience of finance and banking systems together, and integration projects
