Finance Manager - Income Statement

Role Summary:
Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Intermediate level professional positions requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, more independence in problem solving and decision making. Responsible for departmental planning and budgeting. Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible to prepare and submit P&L weekly estimates to the Regional HQ
Coordinate and prepare on year plan, and all the planning sessions requested by HQ
Provide support during closing reviewing actuals and variances vs estimates
Responsible for assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows
Partner with OTR team to identify new business and convertibility opportunities
Review contract margins, define root cause between as sold vs as executed and actions to improve CM
Prepare ad-hoc business analysis
Lead upgrades convertibility action plans

Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills
+6 years of proven experience
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Lead regional initiatives
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational ability
Fluent English and Spanish
