Finance Manager (Latam)

Job requeriments in a nutshell:  5+ years of financial operations experience with expertise in SAAS accounting principles. Background in startups that secured capital, preferably in Series B or C rounds. About the Role Joining the company as the FinOps Head means taking on a key role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of the company across diverse international markets, with a particular focus on Latin America. Collaborating closely with C-level executives, you'll provide essential insights and guidance on financial matters. What You Will Do Establish and lead the Finance and Accounting functions, defining and implementing an effective controllership framework. Take overall responsibility for managing the company's financial accounts, including profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recognize revenue for products and services, implementing ideas to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Own month-end close tasks related to revenue and receivable accounts, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations to support month-end balances. Assist with reporting, audit requirements, and ad-hoc projects. Regularly inform C-level executives of key finance reporting, activities, and financial risks to the business.
