We are seeking professionals educated to degree level or advanced students of Business Administration, International Relations, Communications or related careers to join our company as a Project Coordinator.
The position requires:
3 years minimum experience in a services company, ideally from the translation and localization sector
experience operating within an international business environment in a customer interface role
Proven responsibility for project budgeting and scheduling
Knowledge of Quality Management principles
Familiarity with project planning tool
Excellent written and verbal communication, both in Spanish and English
Experience in dealing with international customers and suppliers is an advantage.
The main responsabilities are:
Operate as the key project interface for the assigned set of international customers, coordinating translation teams as well as relevant production resources to meet their requirements of schedule, quality and cost
Create project budgets according to company targets for profitability
Lead and interact in high performance work teams oriented to high quality
Manage customer expectations, verifying that their needs are fully met
We will appreciate multitasking profiles, ability to work under continual deadline pressure, fast and effective assimilation of complex information and natural leadership skills. Project Management qualifications, an advantage.
