What You Will Do: Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices Provide omni-channel support via calls and emails Assist customers with installation of the application and troubleshooting Become a product expert and constantly grow Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English and Spanish Experience in technical support Attentive to details Analytical and research skills Customer oriented and responsible attitude Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Will be a great plus: Interest in motorcycles Experience with CRM systemsBenefits and Perks: Fixed schedule, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, Argentina time Opportunity to work fully remotely Inclusive international environment Compensation in USD Good bonuses for referring friends Paid intensive training and probation Work-life balance Responsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation Greenhouse conditions for self-development Who are we?
