What you need: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, or Project Management. Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1-C2). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and prioritize tasks. What you will be doing: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients. Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and partners. Conduct meetings with clients. Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead generation activity reports to management.
