Let's see what it takes What you will do: Perform regular QA testing to identify and fix issues before they affect users Monitor automated testing systems for alerts or failures that could indicate emerging issues with the application Assess and prioritize incoming user issues based on severity, urgency, and impact on the user experience Determine whether issues can be resolved at Level 1 or need escalation to higher-level support or development teams Employ troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve user issues Offer clear and simple solutions to users, ensuring their problems are resolved in a timely manner Identify and document bugs reported by users Collect and categorize user feedback regarding the web application's functionality, usability, and performance Contribute to the creation and updating of a knowledge base, FAQs, and support documentation to assist users in resolving common issues independently Monitor application performance Work closely with QA, development, and higher-level support teams to escalate complex issues What you need to succeed in this role:  Excellent English language (at least C1 for both spoken and written) Familiarity with QA Methodologies Mastery of Automated Testing Tools Proficiency in Manual Testing Skill in Mobile, API, Performance and Security Testing Expertise in Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing Skill in Mobile, API, Performance, Security Testing Understanding of Web Technologies Experience with Version Control Systems Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Will be a great plus: Experience in technical support Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunity to work remotely   Creative and unique art offices ( see for yourself ) Inclusive international environment  Compensation in USD Good bonuses for referring friends  Paid intensive training and probation Mind-blowing corporate events and social activities Work-life balance  Responsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation Greenhouse conditions for self-development Who we are: SupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
