What You Will Do:
Communicate with potential and existing customers via calls, emails and chatsAssist potential customers with registrationCorrect inconsistenciesApprove/reject applications based on the provided informationBuild positive and long-lasting relationships with customersMeet team KPIsSecurely work with customers' sensitive informationApply the latest and greatest customer happiness practicesMaintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
Fluent Estonian and upper-intermediate English is a mustAttention to detailsAnalytical and research skillsPositive and responsible attitudePersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Experience in customer supportExperience with CRM systems
