Unit DescriptionSodexo is currently seeking a Food Production Manager - 3 to join our Government Services team at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California. The Production Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of all culinary operations for one of it's Mess Halls.

The coastal and mountain terrain support a variety of military training.
The successful candidate will: Have 3-5 years operational management experience in a high-volume food service dining environment.Be a people person with a strong focus with maintaining positive client relations; a solid manager/leader who is perceptive and has attention to details that make a difference – quality and presentation of food – customer service –Be SERVICE focused– including providing excellent customer service in a welcoming dining environment.Be proficient in use of online Food Management Systems for menu/recipe planning, ordering and inventory;Demonstrate proven financial acumen/success: Food costs/ labor costs, budgets.Is this opportunity right for you?
