As the first point of contact for our clients, you will serve as a trusted advisor.The Role- Serve as the main intermediary between shippers and carriers, optimizing logistical strategies.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening existing client partnerships.- Negotiate terms and rates with carriers, ensuring competitive pricing and regulatory compliance.- Coordinate scheduling and tracking of shipments, managing logistics from start to finish.- Handle all documentation,ensuring adherence to industry regulations.- Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, and Rose Rocket to streamline operations.- Maintain an active LinkedIn presence to engage with industry professionals and promote our services.- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders.- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.- Knowledge of freight broker laws and regulations.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and bring their expertise to a dynamic team committed to delivering top-tier logistics solutions.Ideal Profile- Minimum of 3 years experience in freight brokerage, familiar with FTL and LTL shipments.- Experience in cold storage or refrigerated goods logistics is a plus.- Proficient in logistics software, Google Suite, and CRM tools.- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.What's on Offer?- Work alongside & learn from best in class talent- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities- Leadership Role
