Front End Developer

Our client is currently searching for a Front End Developer to join their team.

What will you be doing?

- Maintaining and updating existing codebases.

- Communicating with the project manager and providing updates on workloads and timescales.

- Work towards and achieve all given deadlines.

- Keeping yourself and others up to date with industry trends and best practices.

- Other ad-hoc duties as required.

What skills do you need?

- PHP 7 (OOP)

- GIT

- HTML5

- CSS

- JavaScript

- WIllingness to learn new technologies.

- Comfortable working with server side languages like PHP.

- Make use of design patterns in both frontend and backend systems.

- We use Block Element Modifier (BEM) pattern for our styling.

Beneficial skills:

- PHP unit/code testing suite.

- TypeScript.

- SCSS (BEM pattern).

- Experience working with full IDE, e.g: PHPStorm.
