The platform researches and runs systematic trading strategies for several quantitative analysts with 15+ years of Wall Street experience. Your main tasks will be: Develop cloud-native software for AWS using the AWS Well-Architected Framework. Design software functionality based on user requirements. Implement coding using CI/CD and TDD methodologies. Manage and lead the team effectively. Maintain regular communication with both clients and team members. Fulfill various tasks such as attending team meetings, feature estimation, and system security analysis. Requirements 8+ years of experience in frontend web application development, with proficiency in any JavaScript framework and at least 1 year of experience in React. Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership. Upper-intermediate / Advanced English level.  Have hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases. Familiarity with AWS and the AWS Well-Architected Framework, capable of designing cloud-native software accordingly. Experience using Terraform for managing cloud resources. Proficient in working with design systems and component libraries for building user interfaces. Previous involvement with commercial projects utilizing TypeScript.
