Position Summary As the first Full Stack Flutter Developer at Kredit Academy, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of our mobile and web applications. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, cross-platform apps that provide an engaging user experience for both teens and parents. This role requires a blend of front-end and back-end skills, with a strong focus on the Flutter framework.
Key Responsibilities - Design and develop high-quality, cross-platform (iOS, Android, Web) applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Implement clean, modern, and user-friendly UIs that cater to our target audience of teens and their parents.
- Work with backend technologies to design and consume APIs, manage user authentication and authorization, and ensure secure data handling and storage.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to bring creative solutions to the table, ensuring our applications are both educational and engaging.
- Lead the testing and debugging processes, ensuring applications are reliable and free from bugs.
- Manage the full application lifecycle, from development to deployment, including CI/CD processes.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and best practices in Flutter development to continually enhance our products.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of cross-platform applications.
- Strong knowledge of Dart and deep understanding of the Flutter framework.
- 3+ years experience with both frontend and backend technologies, including API integration, database management, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) and UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology and education.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
