What will be your responsibility? - Support operation, monitoring and following up projects you will be assigned to. - Identification of team needs, resolution of impediments and conflicts. Facilitating and supporting our teams in delivering high value solutions to our customers, contributing to building an environment. - Generation of a relationship of trust with the client, as a representative of the company, creating a strong relationship. - Requirements analysis. - Collaborate in pre sales estimates and proposals. - Work as a team with the technical leader assigned to the project to deliver high performance solutions. If you think this job is for you, these will help you to succeed: - Be passionate about software technology. - Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Systems Analyst. Student or Graduated. - Previous experience in software development, managing or similar positions, no less than 3 years. - Experience in cards and banking. - Experience with continuous integration practices is desired. - Formal knowledge of software engineering and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and predisposition for teamwork. - Fluid English! - Be a team player and be proactive to discuss different points of view.
